Optional On-Site Service Assessment fees are $50 and are not refundable because they cover travel, time, and in-person review. If service is booked after the assessment, the $50 assessment fee is applied toward the final service total. If the customer cancels the service at any point after the on-site assessment has been completed, the $50 assessment fee is forfeited due to the cost of the on-site visit.
Helpful when an in-person review helps before final pricing—larger, commercial, trailer, uncertain, or custom scope. Standard driveway, sidewalk, and patio packages often do not require it.

JA Property Services makes scheduling simple. Choose your service, provide your property details, and select your preferred appointment time online. We service Chicago and surrounding suburbs.The $25 scheduling deposit, when required to hold a time, is collected in Square Appointments during online booking.When booking online, tap Add next to Appointment note if you see it. Enter your full service address, the surfaces or areas you want cleaned, and anything that helps the crew (gate or parking notes, pets, unusual water access). That speeds confirmation.
