Scheduling deposit
A $25 scheduling deposit may be required to hold your appointment. The deposit is applied toward your final service total when service is completed as agreed.
Serving Chicago and surrounding suburbs, plus Northwest Indiana (Lake County through Gary—including Hammond, Schererville, and nearby communities; not east past Gary).

A $25 scheduling deposit may be required to hold your appointment. The deposit is applied toward your final service total when service is completed as agreed.
You receive a full refund of the scheduling deposit if you cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, or failure to provide reasonable access for the scheduled work, will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
No-shows (we arrive and cannot perform the agreed work due to customer availability or access) will also result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Weather-related rescheduling does not count as a customer cancellation for purposes of the scheduling deposit.
J.A. Property Services may reschedule for safety, weather, equipment issues, or other operational reasons outside your control. In those cases, we work with you on the next available time.
Use the Cancel/Reschedule information on our website, your booking confirmation (when Square or another system is used), or contact us as soon as your plans change.
Earlier notice helps us serve other customers and keeps your deposit protected when you cancel within policy.
