Request a power washing or exterior cleaning appointment with J.A. Property Services.
This appointment request can be used for driveway cleaning, sidewalk and pavement cleaning, patio cleaning, fence cleaning, garage floor cleaning, trailer cleaning, front entry cleaning, commercial cleaning, and other exterior surface services.
All appointments are request-first and pending confirmation. J.A. Property Services must confirm the service details, address, water access, weather, surface condition, and availability before work begins.
Water access is required for most services. Customers must have a working outdoor water spigot with hose-attachment access available on site.
Payment methods accepted: credit card, debit card, Bitcoin, and business check for approved business/commercial customers only. Cash is not accepted.

Scheduling & Deposit Policy
A $25 deposit may be required to hold a service appointment and is applied toward the final service total at completion. Deposits are fully refundable when cancellations are made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows will result in deposit forfeiture. Weather-related reschedules are handled separately.
Optional on-site assessment
Optional On-Site Service Assessment fees are $50 and are not refundable because they cover travel, time, and in-person review. If service is booked after the assessment, the $50 assessment fee is applied toward the final service total. If the customer cancels the service at any point after the on-site assessment has been completed, the $50 assessment fee is forfeited due to the cost of the on-site visit.
Most standard jobs do not require this—choose it in Square when offered, or contact us to discuss an on-site review before pricing.
Prefer not to call? We handle quotes, updates, confirmations, cancellations, and rescheduling by text or email whenever possible—still pending until we confirm.

We review your Square booking—service, timing, and your Appointment note when you used it for the full service address, surfaces, and access details—and match it to our schedule.

Your slot is not final until J.A. Property Services confirms scope, address, weather, and availability—including any Square scheduling step.
