If you booked a standard service, cancellation/reschedule requests are reviewed based on JA Property Services scheduling availability.
Optional On-Site Service Assessment ($50): fees are not refundable. If you cancel scheduled service after the on-site assessment has been completed, the $50 fee may be forfeited due to the cost of the visit. See Request Appointment for full deposit and assessment policy.
If you need to reschedule, please provide your preferred new date and time.
Submitting a cancellation or reschedule request does not guarantee the appointment is canceled or changed until JA Property Services confirms it.
